I was Christmas shopping at Target (back in December) and found the greatest Bundt cake pan. It was a ring of Christmas trees. I don’t know if I would have been so thrilled to have found this except that I had recently admired a cake made using that same pan at a nearby Italian restaurant. They made it using a chocolate cake decoarted with powdered sugar to look like snow. It was gorgeous and made my mouth water. I actually recently picked that pan up for my Christmas baking.

That made me think about all of the fabulous shaped pans that one could use for individually sized wedding cakes. These mini cake pans can be used over and over. You can bake a batch, let them cool, and then freeze them until the Big Day gets closer. Your cake baking tasks could easily be spread out over time. And these would not require you to buy a lot of baking pans or materials.

Here are just a few possibilities for making your own wedding cake using Bundt mini cake pans from NordicWare.
