It is customary for the bride and groom to send each guest home with a wedding favor. But what about sending the bride and groom off with a nice wedding favor?

Look closely and you will see that this is actually a small wedding cake favor just for the bride and groom. It was boxed up for the bride and groom to carry off and enjoy together later. The baker even tied plastic utensils on with a bow! What a great idea!

Amazing DIY Cupcake and Cake Designs

Parenting.com recently did a fabulous article entitled “31 Awesome Birthday Cake Designs“. The cupcakes in the picture above (with credit to Parenting.com and photographer Kenneth Chen) are quite simple to recreate. They were made with gumdrops, a frosted Mallomar cookie and M&M Minis. Instructions for decorating the cupcake as well as the cupcake recipe are included at their site.
