Unique and Organic Wedding Cake Ideas

Continuing on with the simple is better theme, here is another shot from the Winter issue of “Martha Stewart Weddings” magazine:

The magazine states that the cake was created by the bride’s sister.  It was made using Martha’s Apple Spice Cake recipe and was frosted with White Chocolate Maple Frosting.  The lucky bride’s sister then decorated the cake using organic apples and currants.  Truly amazing!
